Documentation proof of disability may be requested e.g. Blue Badge.  PLEASE CONTACT US HERE ​​​ Currently the venue is NOT part of the HYNT schemes, although limited carer tickets are made available for certain events which will be available via the ticket outlet when purchasing tickets (please note venue have no access to ticket sales as this is done through the promotion companies for each event.  ​​​ If advised by the venue to arrive early to accommodate your needs, access will only be for the needs of the individual (carer if needed) We cannot accommodate large groups as we need to be mindful of the needs for others (as this is a limited service for others who need this service.

Please note that there is no parking available at the venue, as it is located within the town walls, where parking is restricted.  Parking is available at nearby public car parks within walking distance of the venue.  We recommend that you plan ahead and use alternative parking options nearby.   To assist you in finding convenient parking locations, we suggest using Parkopedia for finding available parking spaces in the surrounding area.
