ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE

Is the De Valence Pavilion accessible for people with disabilities?

 

Yes, our venue is fully accessible, including wheelchair access, disabled restrooms, and designated seating areas.​

Accessible seating is available for all events. Once accessible seating has sold out, guests may join a waiting list, and we will make contact should additional availability arise or to discuss alternative accommodations where possible. For any accessibility enquiries or specific requirements, please contact us at accessibility@dvptenby.co.uk

If you need requirements for Disabilities, please contact the venue beforehand so that we can make arrangements with you.

 

* Arrangement will not be made unless contact is made as early as possible but no later than 48hrs before the event attending. Documentation proof of disability may be requested e.g. Blue Badge.  PLEASE CONTACT US HERE

Currently the venue is NOT part of the HYNT schemes, although limited carer tickets are made available for certain events which will be available via the ticket outlet when purchasing tickets (please note venue have no access to ticket sales as this is done through the promotion companies for each event.

If advised by the venue to arrive early to accommodate your needs, access will only be for the needs of the individual (carer if needed) We cannot accommodate large groups as we need to be mindful of the needs for others (as this is a limited service for others who need this service.
