VENUE GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES

The De Valence Pavilion Bar accepts cash and card. We do not allow a bar tab unless pre-arranged for private functions.

On arrival Security checks (bags) will be carried out by our security team before entry to the venue.

Majority of events will be a mixture of standing with designated seated areas. Please do not remove seats from the area they have been placed, as you will be asked to return them. Seated events will be advertised as seated.

If you need requirements for Disabilities, please contact the venue HERE beforehand so that we can make arrangements with you (arrangements will not be made unless contact is made at least 48hrs via EMAIL before the event attending, documentation proof of disability may be requested e.g Blue Badge).

The majority of events are suitable for all ages. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are welcomed to wear ear defenders however the DVP does not supply ear plugs/defenders. 
 
Due to operational requirements, our venue reserves the right to close earlier than advertised hours when necessary. This may occur at management’s discretion based on factors such as guest volume, staffing levels, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Please be respectful to all other users and staff, as bad behaviour or language will result in you being asked to leave the venue.
